08.08.2010 -- EVENTS -- We have a whole bunch of author events scheduled. Here's the current list:

--5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18. Comics & Paperbacks Plus, Ephrata, Pa. Mazz Press will have a table at the store from 5 to 8p.m. and Stephen will be selling and signing copies of his novels. Plus there will be bookmarks and posters, CDs and DVDs for sale.

--2 p.m. Saturday, April 17. Black Diamond Writers' Network writers conference, "Write it Right," at Schuylkill County Council of the Arts, 1440 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, Pa. Mazz Press will have a table at the local author book fair from 2 to 3 p.m.

--10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 24, Pottsville Free Public Library, 215 W. Market St., Pottsville, Pa., during the 4th Annual Block of Art.

--1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 22 Comics & Paperbacks Plus, Ephrata, Pa. To kick off the store's "Comic Creator Lecture Series,” Stephen Pytak will give a presentation about his collaboration with Norm Breyfogle, Houghton, Mich. Breyfogle is known for his work on DC Comics' "Batman" in the '80s and '90s. The famed artist did the illustrations for Stephen's second prose novel, "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt," and is currently inking the illos for Stephen's third, "The Wild Damned." Not to be missed!

--10 a.m. Sunday, May 30, Atomicon at the Manahawkin Holiday Inn. 158 Route 72 East, Manahawkin, N.J. Mazz Press will have a table at the event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Stephen will be selling and signing copies of his novels. Plus there will be bookmarks and posters for sale.

10.20.2009 -- EVENTS -- On Halloween night, Mazz Press will be one of the vendors at The 48th Dracula's Ball at the Shampoo Nightclub in Philadelphia. For tickets, click HERE.

08.06.2009 -- EVENTS -- Stephen will be selling and signing copies of "Mousehunt" at "The Ultimate Allentown Comic Convention" 10a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30 at The Encounter, 811 Union Blvd., Allentown, Pa.

07.04.2009 -- EVENTS-- Stephen will be selling and signing copies of "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt" at Wade's Comic Madness in Levittown, Pa. on Aug. 15. The novel features art by former "Batman" artist Norm Breyfogle. A few copies of the book and a T-shirt are currently available for sale at Wade's.

06.23.2009 -- EVENTS -- Stephen will once again be selling and signing copies of his new book, "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt," at Comics and Paperbacks Plus, 40 E. Main St., Ephrata, Pa. from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 17. This is during the community's monthly downtown celebration"Third Friday's a Charm." Stephen will once again be passing out free bookmarks (while supplies last) and selling posters and T-shirts. He's also be bringing back some preview artwork for his novel in development, "The Wild Damned." Yes, it's the Carrion Crow mask!

06.12.2009 --EVENTS-- Stephen has scheduled an apperance at Lazy Dog Coffeehouse, 18 E. Sunbury St., Minersville, Pa. at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009. Check out the cool advertisement for the event, "An Evening with Stephen Pytak," posted on the Lazy Dog's Web site by clicking HERE.

05.30.2009 -- Stephen has scheduled an appearance at Comics and Paperbacks Plus, 40 E. Main St., Ephrata, Pa. from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009. Below is the unused flyer. Mazz Press will sponsor a screening of the Lucio Fulci classic horror film "The Gates of Hell" at the Angela Triplex in Coaldale, Pa. at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2009.

 

04.14.2009 -- Stephen will be selling and signing copies of "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt" at TDS Enterprises presents Comics & Games, 14 S. Church St., West Chester, Pa., from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 2. For more information, log onto the TDS Web site by clicking HERE. Stephen will also be selling T-shirts and posters. He will also bring along some preview artwork from his novel in development, "The Wild Damned." Yes, it's the Carrion Crow mask made by Lubatti Designs!

12.17.2008 -- To celebrate the release of "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt," we've scheduled two special events in Pottsville, Pa. in 2009. Here are the two flyers we'll be distributing to advertise them. Below them are the details (in case you can't read the flyers).
 

On Saturday, Jan. 10, from 1 to 4 p.m., Stephen will be selling and signing copies of "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt" at Pottsville Free Public Library. Stephen will also have posters and T-shirts for sale.

On Sunday, Feb. 8, from 1 to 4 p.m., Stephen will host "Fury: The Art of Mazz Press" at Many Worlds Gallery, 205 W. Market St., Pottsville, Pa. It's a display of the actual artwork by Norm Breyfogle commissioned for "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt." Plus Stephen will be selling and signing copies of "The .40 Caliber Mousehunt" and will also have posters and T-shirts for sale.
